TSRC Sports Car Series Round 6 Debrief

The sixth and final round of the TSRC Sports Car Series took place at the renowned Sebring circuit, a fitting venue to conclude the championship. This article recaps the key highlights of an action-packed finale.

Qualifying saw a fresh face on pole in the GTP class, with Will Bradford leading the grid and his CRACKD teammate Jamie Nuttall joining him on the front row. In the GT3 class, Guillaume Hamling once again secured pole position, with Kieran Sharp and Patrick Eden close behind.

The race began cleanly as the green flag waved, with drivers quickly falling into line. In the GTP field, Will Bradford’s strong start saw him initially hold the lead, though by lap 10, Jamie Nuttall and Tom Davidson had moved ahead. Meanwhile, in the GT3 class, Guillaume Hamling’s impressive qualifying pace carried into the race, leaving Kieran Sharp searching for opportunities to overtake, closely trailed by Patrick Eden. Further down the GT3 field, Toomas Kaarna, Mav Gardner, and Patrick Dehn engaged in some exciting battles.

During the pit stops, both classes saw smooth transitions in the GTP field, but Kieran Sharp's fuel-saving efforts paid off, allowing him a shorter pit stop and the chance to take the GT3 lead from Guillaume.

Following the pit cycle, the GTP lead changed hands multiple times between Jamie and Tom, with Tom ultimately clinching first place across the finish line. Will Bradford rounded out the podium, finishing just behind Jamie. In the GT3 class, Kieran held his lead after the pit stop, crossing the line first, with Guillaume and Patrick Eden not far behind.

The championship came to a close with Jamie Nuttall taking the GTP championship with a dominating points lead, and Kieran Sharp taking the GT3 championship.

With the series wrapped up, Jamie Nuttall claimed the GTP championship with a commanding points lead, while Kieran Sharp took the GT3 championship title.
